Crafted from both native Muscadine grapes and fine Vinifera varieties, our wines reflect the diversity of North Carolina’s land and the people who enjoy it—welcoming first-time wine drinkers and seasoned enthusiasts alike to find their perfect pour.

Wiffer

Dry Barrel-Aged Cabernet Franc

Alcohol: 13%

Light body with balanced tannins. Smooth notes of red and black currants. Raspberry. A light sweetness with a wonderful dry finish

Pairings: Roast beef, seasoned roast pork or lamb with mint jelly

 

Ellis

Dry White Vinifera Blend Wine

Pinot Gris, Sauvignon Blanc, and Viognier

Noble

A sweet red wine crafted exclusively from Noble grapes, bottled and released annually from our estate vineyard. Enjoy vibrant fruit flavors from the first sip to the finish. This wine closely resembles traditional Southern church communion wine.
