Rooted in family, land, and legacy, Cauble Creek Vineyard<\/strong> proudly holds the distinction of being North Carolina\u2019s 100th winery<\/strong>. Family-owned and estate-grown, our vineyard is nestled in the Piedmont region of North Carolina<\/strong>, where generations of the Cauble family have farmed and stewarded the land with care.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our 36-acre estate<\/strong> sits at the heart of adjoining agricultural parcels\u2014past and present Cauble family farmland\u2014creating a landscape shaped by history, hard work, and respect for the soil. The region\u2019s natural red clay soils<\/strong> and consistent ambient weather have long supported some of the finest fruits and vegetables in North Carolina<\/strong>, making it an ideal place to grow exceptional grapes.<\/span><\/p>\n

Estate-Grown & North Carolina Proud<\/span><\/h3>\n

Cauble Creek Vineyard specializes in the cultivation of native Muscadine grape varieties<\/strong>, celebrating a grape deeply tied to Southern heritage and perfectly suited to our climate. Established in 2006<\/strong>, the vineyard continues to expand each year, guided by a commitment to quality and sustainability.<\/span><\/p>\n

Our wines are crafted primarily from estate-grown Muscadine grapes<\/strong>, alongside select North Carolina\u2013grown Vinifera varieties<\/strong>, including:<\/span>
Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, Petite Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Viognier.<\/span><\/p>\n

Naturally Sustainable<\/span><\/h3>\n

Beneath our fields, natural underground springs<\/strong> flow throughout the property, feeding a pristine 2.5-acre pond and surrounding creeks<\/strong>. This pure, clear water is central to our farming philosophy\u2014supporting environmentally responsible agriculture and allowing us to work in harmony with the land.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cauble Creek Vineyard LLC is an estate family owned vineyard and winery located in the Piedmont Region of North Carolina. Our 36 acre site is located in the central area of adjacent parcels of agriculturally farmed sites. These land parcels are owned by current and past generations of the Cauble family farm. The natural red soils and yearly ambient weather conditions allows the farm to produce some of the best tasting fruits and vegetables in NC.<\/p>\n

The Vineyard specializes in raising and producing the native Muscadine varieties of grapes. The Vineyard was established in 2006 and continues to expand each year. Our wines are produced from our estate grapes and neighboring estate Vinifera grapes raised in NC: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, Petite Verdot, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, and Viognier.<\/p>\n

Natural underground springs flow through out the surrounding area which allows the clear, pure water to feed the 2.5 acre pond and creeks. The farm utilizes these natural resources and provides environmentally safe agricultural products.<\/p>\n
