Carolyn Grace Chicken
Ingredients
- 2-4 Chicken Breasts
- 1/2 cup Carolyn Grace
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- 5-10 fresh basil leaves (sliced)
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 lemon quartered
- 1 tsp Herbs de Provence
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon black pepper.
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a ziplock bag or casserole pan. Be sure to squeeze the juice of the lemons into the marinade. Put the lemon quarters in there as well. Let the chicken remain in the marinade at least 2 hours.
After marinating cook as desired. This recipe can be cooked in the oven, sauteed, or grilled.
